We need to support the immediate ratification of the UN convention on the elimination of discrimination against women and on rights of the child and the Beijing Platform for Action. We need to support the reproductive right of every woman, the right to a care income for work for people and the planet as proposed by the European Green New Deal least one-year paid parental leave and for fully refundable earned income tax credits that make child benefit universal, and free childcare. We need to support the right of every woman to recognition for all our work including a job, pay equity and promotions equal to men. We need to end poverty and discrimination based on race, gender, age and disability.
